Terms & Conditions
1. Exhibition Conditions
1.1 All eligible artworks will be exhibited at Barwon Park Mansion.
1.2 Artworks must remain on display for the full duration of the exhibition.
1.3 The organisers reserve the right to refuse or remove any work that does not meet the stated requirements or is deemed unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate.
2. Delivery of Artwork
2.1 Artists must deliver artworks within the specified delivery dates.
2.2 All artworks must be:
Clearly labelled with artist name, artwork title and sale price
Delivered in a condition suitable for immediate installation
2.3 The organisers will not accept:
Late deliveries
Incomplete or improperly prepared works
2.4 Courier deliveries:
Must arrive within the specified timeframe●
Must be securely packaged
Are the responsibility of the artist
2.5 Postal deliveries:

All Postal deliveries by Monday 27th July 2026.
3. Installation Requirements
3.1 All artworks must be ready to hang, including:
Secure D-rings or hanging wire
Appropriate structural support
3.2 Works must not:
Require floor placement, plinths, or complex installation
Require additional equipment or supervision
3.3 Works not meeting these requirements may be excluded from display.
4. Collection & Returns
4.1 In-Person Collection
Artists must collect works during the specified collection times.
Works not collected may incur fees and/or be considered abandoned.
4.2 Postal Returns
Artists unable to collect must submit a Post Return Request Form prior to exhibition close.
Process:
Artwork will be packaged by organisers
Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced
Shipping includes insurance to the declared value
Works will be dispatched upon payment
Artists are responsible for all shipping costs and accurate delivery details.
5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 All reasonable care will be taken in handling artworks. However, the organisers accept no responsibility for:
Loss
Theft
Damage
5.2 Artists are strongly encouraged to arrange their own insurance.
6. Copyright & Reproduction
6.1 Artists retain copyright of their work.
6.2 By entering, artists grant permission for their work to be:
Photographed
Reproduced for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes
No royalties are payable for such use.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 The organisers reserve the right to reject or remove works that:
Are offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
Contain explicit or harmful content
Pose risk to the venue or public
8. Abandoned Works
8.1 Works not collected or arranged for return within a reasonable timeframe may be deemed
abandoned.
8.2 The organisers reserve the right to dispose of such works without further notice.
9. Compliance
9.1 Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Failure to comply may result in:
Disqualification
Removal from exhibition
Forfeiture of entry fees
